These are the steps you should follow:


1. Go to the Return and exchange page, Enter your email address and the
order number on the dedicated page.


2. Choose the product(s) you wish to exchange, and select the size you want
to exchange with.

3. Make sure to return the items in their original packaging and in their
original condition, unworn, with the tag(s) attached to the product(s).

4. Pay the shipping fees

5. after payment , we’ll exchange the order within 3 business days.

2. Select the product(s) you wish to return and select the reason for the
return.
3. Upload a picture of the product to check its condition.

4. The picture should clearly show the item(s) condition. Please ensure that
the lighting is good and the product is in focus.
5.Once we receive the picture(s), we’ll assess the product’s condition and
get back to you within 1-3 business days.
6.If the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we’ll
process your return, You will receive a confirmation email when your return
has been processed.
(**If the product is not in its original condition, we may not be able to process
your request.)

For security reasons, your refund may only be credited to the same credit
card used to place the order. We make every effort to process return credits
as quickly as possible. However, please note that the time needed to
process return credits can vary across banking institutions and may take as
long as two weeks from receipt of your parcel.

If you used a prepaid card to settle your order, OONT has no control over
reimbursement, any fees incurred or payment processing time. These
banking institutions reserve the right to process these transactions at their
discretion. OONT cannot accelerate the process.

We have a 14-day return/exchnage policy, which means you have 14 days
after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(order number).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned
• in outlets category
• sale items
• in multi-brand stores
• pre-order product
• set products
• Untagged label items
