Before the order ships, you can track its status in Track my order page.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email.

All orders are processed automatically, and we cannot shorten or extend
shipping times.
Please note that you cannot choose the date or time of delivery.
*Our carrier delivers packages Saturday through Thursday during business
hours (10am to 9pm)

We will make ( two delivery attempts). If the second delivery attempt fails,
your order will be returned to us and the order will be canceled .

Once the order has been placed and in processing status, it is no longer
possible to change the shipping address.
