These are the steps you should follow:

1. Go to the Return and exchange page, Enter your email address and the
order number on the dedicated page. (order number found in your order
confirmation email)
2. Choose Return option

3. Select the product(s) you wish to return and select the reason for the
return. ( I received the wrong Item )
4. Upload a picture of the product.

5. The picture should clearly show the item(s) condition. Please ensure that
the lighting is good and the product is in focus.
6. Once we receive the picture(s), we’ll assess the product’s condition and
get back to you within 1-3 business days.
