• Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time window is between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Orders placed before 1:30 PM will be delivered on the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:30 PM will be delivered the next day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

If the delivery driver is unable to reach you, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.

If the address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect, the shipment will be placed on hold and may be delayed.

You have the right to exchange or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

OONT reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item is:

• Worn or shows signs of use
• Missing tags (labels)
• Not returned in its original packaging (e.g., footwear box)

In certain cases, returns and exchanges must be processed in store only, not online. These cases include:

• During clearance or discount periods
• If a return request is submitted without clear photos showing the product condition
• If the order was paid using Tabby, deema, or any installment payment method
